Saigon Bonbon | Interview with Michael Le, Tee Tran, Bao Han

Hollywood First Look went to the launch event for the new Vietnamese candy company, Saigon Bonbon and spoke to founders Tee Tran, Bao Han, and Michael Le.

More about Saigon Bonbon

Founded by entrepreneur Tee Tran, the company is built on a simple idea: flavor is more than taste. It is how culture expresses itself. Through food, movement, and storytelling, the brand approaches candy as a cultural medium shaped by identity, creativity, and evolution.

Saigon Bonbon began as a deeply personal project for Tran, inspired by Bao Han’s journey after being diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease.

At its core, the company reflects the experience of a new generation of Vietnamese Americans raised between cultures and now shaping something of their own.

Their initial flavor line includes: Luscious Lychee Rose, Spicy Mango Tamarind, and Coconut Pandan Crush
