New episodes out: Hulu’s ‘Blood Free’ Takes Viewers on a Thrilling Ride

Today, K-Drama enthusiasts have reason to rejoice as Hulu drops the much-anticipated episodes 3 and 4 of its series, Blood Free. Episodes 5 and 6 are set to debut on Wednesday, April 24, promising even more twists and turns in the captivating saga.

Blood Free delves into a world of intrigue and deception, where the past looms large and secrets threaten to unravel lives. Several years ago, a chilling terrorist attack rocked Korea, claiming the lives of the country’s wealthiest elite and leaving the President paralyzed. The attack, occurring during a presidential visit, raises haunting questions about who within the convoy could have orchestrated such a heinous act.

Haunted by the memory of that fateful day, former elite soldier Woo Chaewoon is on a mission to uncover the truth and deliver justice to those responsible. Over the years, he has methodically approached each surviving member of the attack, infiltrating their circles and scrutinizing their every move.

His investigation takes a compelling turn when he sets his sights on BF CEO Yun Jayu, another survivor whose company has seen unprecedented growth following the tragedy. But as Chaewoon delves deeper into Jayu’s world, he grapples with the possibility that someone seemingly dedicated to societal progress could harbor such dark secrets.

Yun Jayu herself is not without her adversaries. Targeted by drug cartels, hackers, extremists, and local Korean protestors due to her groundbreaking work in lab-grown meats, she hires Chaewoon as her personal bodyguard, unaware of his hidden agenda.

As Chaewoon navigates a web of threats and deception, the truth becomes more twisted than anyone could have imagined. Will he unearth the chilling reality behind that fateful day before Jayu’s enemies exact their revenge?

Blood Free promises audiences an adrenaline-fueled journey into the heart of darkness, where loyalties are tested, and the line between friend and foe blurs. It’s a gripping tale of betrayal and redemption. The action/thriller is directed by Park Cheolhwan. It stars Ju Jihoon as Woo Chaewoon and Han Hyojoo as Yun Jayu.
