Disney is getting ready for the holidays with its upcoming film Dashing Through the Snow, which lands on its streaming platform on Nov. 17.
The House of Mouse just released the trailer for this holiday film that stars Chris “Ludacris” Bridges as Eddie Garrick, a good-hearted man who lost his faith in Christmas after living through a traumatic childhood. On Christmas Eve, he and his daughter, Charlotte (Madison Skye Validum), meet a jolly, mysterious man dressed in a red suit who turns out to be the one and only Santa Claus (Lil Rel Howery). Santa Claus, who goes by Nick, finds himself in trouble and turns to Eddie and Charlotte for help, thus setting everyone on an adventure that might make Eddie believe in Christmas once again.
Teyonah Parris, Oscar Nuñez, Ravi V. Patel, Mary Lynn Rajskub, Gina Brillon, Sebastian Sozzi, Kevin Connolly, and Zulay Henao are also joining this Christmas adventure.
Dashing Through the Snow was directed by Tim Story, written by Scott Rosenberg, and produced by John Jacobs and Will Packer. Tim Story, Johanna Byer, Ross Fanger, and Zac Unterman served as executive producers.
