This morning, NBCU Cable Slate disclosed their programming plans for Bravo, E!, Syfy, and USA Network. Among the highlights are the renewal of Syfy’s popular dramedy series “Reginald the Vampire,” featuring Jacob Batalon, and the debut of “Arranged Love,” a South Asian Indian rom-com, on E! network.
NBCUniversal’s cable portfolio is set to deliver a diverse lineup of entertainment for the 2023-24 season. This will include a mix of fan-favorite hits, iconic franchises, and new original series, showcasing the strength of NBCUniversal’s cable offerings.
E! network will showcase “House of Villains,” a fresh unscripted competition series hosted by Joel McHale. Meanwhile, USA Network will air “The Big D,” a new dating show competition hosted by JoJo Fletcher and Jordan Rogers, both alums of “The Bachelorette.” Finally, Studio Lambert’s Untitled Social Experiment will air on USA Network as a 2.0 house reality series, reflecting contemporary social dynamics.
USA Network’s all-new dating show “The Big D” and an untitled social experiment from Studio Lambert, join “Temptation Island” and season 2 of “Barmageddon,” which was USA’s top series of 2022. E! has greenlit “House of Villains,” an unscripted competition series hosted by Joel McHale, while the signature red carpet franchise “Live from E!” with Laverne Cox continues to see record-breaking gains.
Bravo will premiere season 6 of “The Real Housewives of Miami” and season 2 of “Below Deck Down Under,” which will stream on Peacock the next day.
SYFY will showcase the second seasons of the freshmen hit series “The Ark” and “Reginald the Vampire,” alongside fan favorites “Chucky,” “Resident Alien,” and “SurrealEstate.”
NBCUniversal’s cable portfolio has secured top-five ad-supported cable entertainment network positions in the key 18-49 demographic for Bravo and USA Network, with Bravo ranking No. 1 among women and USA No. 1 in live viewership. Additionally, Bravo is home to five of the top 10 unscripted reality shows across cable, and Bravo programming on Peacock has set record-breaking numbers. E! and SYFY remain two of cable’s highest-reaching networks, with E! News leading its competitors in total engagements across all social platforms, boasting 80 million social followers and counting.
