First Look: ‘The Boys’ are back, and they mean business in Season 3

The Amazon Studios and Sony Pictures Television Hit Show returns to Prime Video June 3

“The Boys” are back and ready for season 3 of their hit show on Prime VideoThe official trailer and key art recently dropped, and fans are super excited. The Emmy-nominated drama will return on June 3 with three new episodes. An additional episode will air each Friday, concluding with the season finale on Friday, July 8. 

Karen Fukuhara returns for the eight-episode season, joining Jack Quaid, Karl Urban, “Supernatural” star Jensen Ackles, Antony Starr, Dominique McElligott, Erin Moriarty, Jessie T. Usher, Laz Alonso, Chace Crawford, Tomer Capone, Nathan Mitchell, Colby Minifie, and Claudia Doumit.

The show takes on the notion of superheroes who use their given gifts for evil. “The Boys,” a group of vigilantes, come to the rescue, attempting to stop the corrupt superheroes and expose the truth about The Seven and Vought. This evil multibillion-dollar conglomerate handles these heroes and covers up their dirty secrets.

The New York Times best-selling comic by Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson is what spawned “The Boys.” The duo serves as executive producers. It’s developed and executive produced by showrunner Eric Kripke [“Supernatural”]. Executive producers include Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg, James Weaver, Neal H. Moritz, Pavun Shetty, Phil Sgriccia [also “Supernatural”], Craig Rosenberg, Ken F. Levin, Jason Netter, Paul Grellong, David Reed, Meredith Glynn, and Michaela Starr. 

“The Boys” is produced by Amazon Studios and Sony Pictures Television Studios, with Kripke Enterprises, Original Film, and Point Grey Pictures. It airs exclusively on Prime Video in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide.
