First Look: Like Father, Like Son. New ‘Fast X’ Featurette Released

Fast X, the tenth film in the long-running Fast & Furious Saga, marks the beginning of the franchise’s final chapters. In its third decade, the series boasts the same core cast and characters, led by Vin Diesel as Dom Toretto, who has managed to outsmart, out-nerve, and outdrive every obstacle thrown in his way over the years.

In this latest installment, the stakes are higher than ever as Dom and his family face their most formidable adversary yet. Dante, the vengeful son of the villain they took down in 2011’s Fast Five, is determined to destroy everything and everyone Dom loves. His plan will take Dom’s family worldwide, from Los Angeles to Rome to Antarctica, and force them to forge new alliances and confront old enemies. But when Dom learns that his son is Dante’s ultimate target, he must fight with all his might to protect his family and end Dante’s reign of terror.

Directed by Louis Leterrier and featuring a star-studded cast that includes Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Ludacris, Nathalie Emmanuel, and Helen Mirren, Fast X also introduces a host of new characters played by Brie Larson, Jason Momoa, Daniela Melchior, Alan Richtson, Scott Eastwood, and Rita Moreno. The film is produced by Neal H. Moritz, Vin Diesel, Justin Lin, Jeff Kirschenbaum, and Samantha Vincent, with Joseph M. Caracciolo Jr., David Cain, Chris Morgan, Amanda Lewis, and Mark Bomback serving as executive producers. The action thriller is written by Justin Lin, Zach Dean, and Dan Mazeau, based on characters created by Gary Scott Thompson.
