First Look: Everything you need to know about Jimin’s debut solo album

The BTS superstar has now released a tracklist, and a peek at the making of the studio set

BTS fans, mark your calendars! Korean pop superstar Jimin, one of the members of the famous group, recently announced the title and release date of his first solo album, Face.

Earlier this week, the singer dropped a short teaser video unveiling the highly anticipated project’s album cover art and title. Pre-orders began on February 22; today, even more information has been revealed.

The label’s official Twitter account announced that the album would include six tracks. This consists of the main track, “Like Crazy,” and pre-release single (out on March 17), “Set Me Free Pt. 2.” Along with some cool chrome cover art, Jimin also dropped a behind-the-scenes video of the making of the album, giving the ARMY a lot to be excited about.

“I’m currently preparing lots of things that I can do together with you guys around that time,” the singer said in a recent interview. I’m planning lots of different kinds of things we can do to have fun together and enjoy ourselves, so I think you can safely look forward to it.” As reported, fans can expect a week’s worth of activities surrounding Face’s release.

With this album, Jimin will be the third band member to release a solo album. The album is Jimin’s “story of fronting his true self and making a new leap forward as an artist,” according to a press release.

Face is scheduled for release on March 24. The album’s producers include Pdogg, GHSTLOOP, BLVSH, Chris James, EVAN, and Supreme Boi. BTS bandmate RM helped co-write three tracks, including “Face-off,” “Like Crazy,” and its English version.
