First Look: Disney’s ‘Lilo & Stitch’ Trailer

Calling all Lilo & Stitch Fans! Disney has released the official trailer for the upcoming Lilo & Stitch live-action film, and it’s absolutely adorable.

In the trailer, we see Lilo and Stitch meeting for the first time, followed by a compilation of scenes where we see Stitch creating chaos, albeit fun and cute chaos, in Lilo and her sister Nani’s life.

Stitch is voiced by Chris Sanders, who has been the voice behind the adorable agent of chaos since the first movie. Maia Kealoha is Lilo, and she seems perfect for this character, showing kindness and offering friendship to Stitch when he arrives from outer space. Sydney Agudong takes on the role of Nani, the responsible older sister trying to control the chaos while looking after Lilo.

The trailer also shows us other stars joining the fun, including Zach Galifianakis as Jumba and Billy Magnussen as Pleakley, the alien and silly duo sent to Earth to capture Stitch. We also see Courtney B. Vance as Cobra Bubbles, keeping a close eye on Nani, Lilo and Stitch as they surf, hoping to catch Stitch, too.

Lilo & Stitch lands in theaters on May 23.
