A24 has released the trailer for Academy Award nominee Celine Song’s latest film, Materialists, a rom-com starring Dakota Johnson, Pedro Pascal, and Chris Evans.
Celine Song, the director and writer behind Past Lives, is now at the helm of this new film starring Johnson as Lucy, a very successful matchmaker. In the trailer, we see her celebrating a milestone after joining nine couples in marriage, only to then find herself as the object of love and affection for two men: one a mysterious and uber-wealthy man and another a humble love from the past. Pascal and Evans compete for Johnson in this film and form a love triangle that promises to make this rom-com one not to miss this summer.
Materialists releases on June 13.
