The third and final trailer for “Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore” is out! The film series is a spin-off prequel to J.K. Rowling’s beloved “Harry Potter” movies.
The first film, “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them” (2016), and the second film, “The Crimes of Grindelwald” (2018), were both well-received. Eddie Redmayne, Dan Fogler, Jude Law, and Victoria Yeates star in the franchise.
The new film teases a return to Hogwarts and a battle against the dark wizard Grindelwald, initially portrayed by Johnny Depp. Depp was recast after his libel lawsuit involving his ex-wife Amber Heard, leaving Mads Mikkelsen to replace him in this installment. David Yates is at the helm again as director. The film is also co-written by J.K. Rowling, who has penned all of the “Fantastic Beasts” movies so far. “Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore” opens in theaters on April 15.
